Publisher Note
Siegelaub published this postcard in advance of a performance by the Dutch artist Jan Dibbets, and mailed it from NY to the people on his mailing list, which was international in scope; for that reason, the text on the card appears in four languages. The images of Dibbets and of the balcony of his apt. on Hasebroekstraat 20 in Amsterdam anticipate his planned action, which, as stated on the postcard, would consist of making the same gesture on three different days.
