Gino De Dominicis, Lo Zodiaco is the title of a photo book in the form of a leporello. In 1979 De Dominicis put together an epic show at the gallery L’Attico in Rome. It was conceived as a tableau vivant where the twelve zodiac signs, embodied by objects, human characters or real animals faced the public standing in semicircular formation for five days. Fausto Giaccone produced a unique photo shoot—rediscovered only a few years ago—documenting Lo Zodiaco by following the visitors and the artist himself through the gallery space.
